Title: This is how Mexican-Americans are made 

This is a paintings inspired by two snakes mating. One is a desert rattle snake and the other is a green serpent reminiscent of the snake of the Mexican flag inside the eagle’s mouth.

These are from the same land, just different regions. It’s inspired by the fact that we are living in a political system that is trying to separate us based on where we were born,  when at the end of the day we are standing on indigenous soil.
